Casual – Postgraduate Student Engagement Champion
Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour plus 12.07% accrued holiday per total value
Working Hours: Part Time – approximately 15 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 1 academic year- September 2024 until May 2025
Main duties & responsibilities:
The role is designed to ensure that newly arrived postgraduate students are correctly enrolled, connected to the appropriate support and feel part of our community as they begin their first term. Throughout Semester A and B, the role holder will support a cohort of approximately 150-200 students. You will require access to a Windows based computer, and a private place to work and make calls. (32-bit or 64-bit Windows 8 - 8.1 or 10. Must have .NET framework version 4.7.2 or later) It is expected that you will possess skills in the management and manipulation of Excel data.
