Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Federal)

C3 AI is looking for a Business Development Manager located onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, California or in Tyson's Corner, VA. We are looking for an individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, to drive C3 AI's growing partner ecosystem. This position will be an integral part of a growing Alliances team and will lead cross functional projects, including go-to-market strategy and operations, channel sales and partner enablement.

This role requires US Citizenship. Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes to operationalize C3 AI partner go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with C3 AI partners and internal sales teams to successfully realize company commercial goals.
  • Create business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are being defined, measured, tracked, and met.
  • Coordinate with C3 AI Product Marketing and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to case studies, datasheets, marketing campaign content, product positioning, sales plays, and FAQs.
  • Lead Sales training for strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Products, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
  • Drive business development programs to increase C3 AI sales revenue and influence through our Cloud Partner Ecosystem
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar fields. Master of Science or Business Administration degrees a plus
  • 5+ years of work experience, with partner management, product, program or business development experience in big data, analytics, and/or data science
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing diverse partnerships (Technology, Cloud, Systems Integrators, Independent Software Vendors) for a technology or services company; or having worked for a Public Sector organization in a relevant role
  • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Prior experience and understanding of AI and Machine Learning are highly favorable

  • Salary range: $143,000 - $185,000 USD.
