Benefits Eligible? Yes Job Summary/Basic Function

- Full range of cleaning duties including, but are not limited to: Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets - Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures and equipment - Clean and sanitize rest room facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, rest room sinks, urinals and toilets; replenish supplies in restrooms - Wash windows, mirrors and walls - Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles - Move and arrange furniture and equipment as needed - Replace lights and adjust shade and blinds - Climb ladders and stairs on a regular basis - Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned buildings and facilities - snow/ice removal using ice melt, snow blowers and shoveling - Assist in other projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to lift, pull, push, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods of time. - Must be a self starter, dependable, and able to work independently. - High school diploma or GED - Must be able to read, write, and interpret written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
