Auto Dealer Marketing Field Rep. (Remote)

Job Description

Important : This is an outside field sales role, which means you will be required to travel within a multi-state territory. The preference is for this individual to live in/near/around Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.

Represents Epsilon Marketing Services in assigned territory by providing excellent customer service by servicing and selling the Epsilon retail product line within existing dealer base to ensure retention, dealer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, maintain and manage a specific area of responsibility:
  • Visit and consult with 2 or more Dealership Clients daily to bring value and support on Epsilon product portfolio.
  • Actively consult with Owners, General Managers, and other key Dealership management on all program participation.
  • Assess opportunities within Dealerships in order to drive Retail and Service traffic.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon Retail Campaigns to Clients in assigned market area that will help Dealerships target customers.
  • Communicate the value of omni-channel executions with focus on digital channels
  • Review product results and recommend needed enhancements to maximize programs
  • Identify need for additional products and services and communicate as appropriate
  • Recommend and develop omni-channel campaigns that address dealership concerns on a timely basis
  • Provide exceptional problem resolution to dealerships' needs by maintaining consistent support and service to all existing clients.
  • Work with our Automotive Partners and Clients to help develop customized plans for each Dealership in order to drive and maintain consistent revenue opportunities.
  • Facilitate training and best practices on all programs to ensure Dealerships are maximizing benefits of all Epsilon products.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Automotive Retail Marketing Experience and demonstration of success required
  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience and demonstration of success required
  • Dealership after sales/service department experience or selling vehicle maintenance programs required
  • Solid understanding of digital channels, campaign reporting and data driven marketing
