Assist the head coach in performing the duties of managing an intercollegiate sport within the education mission of the University. Assist in education of student-athletes to the value of sport. Perform directives from the head coach for aspects of the competitive NCAA Division I program that relies on recruiting scholarship and non-scholarship student-athletes. Provide leadership and positive expertise in the teaching and tactical aspects of the sport. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelors degree and one to three years' experience in recruiting NCAA prospects and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level required. Effective oral and written communication skills required. Ability to demonstrate skill techniques required. Ability to travel extensively required. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion required.
