Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Student Center Creation Station. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Student Centers marketing and programmatic strategic plan.

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of CreationStation, providing supervision to full-time staff and student employees. Tracks expenditures and revenues; participates in budget planning and development. Ensures excellence in customer service standards are maintained by subordinate staff. May provide technical assistance to external clients.
  • Coordinates tasks related to supervision including training, scheduling and work assignments for Marketing students.
  • Develops and implements a marketing plan for the Student Centers, to include market research, communications, and special events programs. May focus marketing activities upon potential clients, sponsors, students, and public and private decision-makers.
  • Coordinates activities with communications, training, and related personnel within the organization and outside vendors.
  • May assist in the preparation of technical and commercial presentations to industry and community groups and associations. May make presentations promoting the organization to such groups.
  • Identifies and develops input for websites, newsletters, social media, testimonial, and case studies.
  • Communicates with and supports external clients and/or partners where appropriate.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors and 3 years experience

    Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline,or the basic knowledge of more than one professional disciplines. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related, 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.

    Salary: 3,881.00 - 5,047.00
