Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst in Sales Volume Planning to support our sales volume planning efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research to contribute to accurate sales volume planning and target setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Volume Forecasting : Assist in developing and maintaining sales volume forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and relevant indicators. Collaborate with the sales volume planning team to gather and analyze data for forecasting models.

  • Data Analysis : Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns, trends, and factors influencing sales volumes. Utilize data analysis tools to support forecasting activities.

  • Market Research : Conduct research on market dynamics, customer segments, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide insights that inform sales volume planning and strategy.

  • Forecast Accuracy Monitoring : Support in tracking and evaluating the accuracy of sales volume forecasts against actual sales performance. Assist in identifying deviations and providing insights for improvement.

  • Collaborative Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather inputs and align on sales volume planning assumptions, targets, and strategies.

  • Reporting and Documentation : Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to sales volume planning, forecasting methodologies, and insights for stakeholders and senior management.

  • Process Enhancement : Contribute ideas for improving sales volume planning processes, data collection methods, and forecasting models to increase accuracy and efficiency.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant coursework or internships in data analysis or sales planning is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or statistical software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle and interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and present findings.

  • Interest in sales planning, forecasting methodologies, and market analysis.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

  • Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.

  • Expected Salary Range

    $20 to $49 per hour.

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.


    Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
