This role may require commuting and, if applicable, relocating, to the Los Angeles metropolitan area to work on-site with our Executive Team at our Global Headquarters in Manhattan Beach, California.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Analyst in Sales Reporting to support our sales operations by analyzing and reporting on sales performance metrics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting sales data to drive informed decision-making within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from various sources to generate insights on sales performance, trends, and KPIs.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Implement enhancements to streamline reporting workflows and increase the effectiveness of reporting initiatives.

  • Develop and generate standardized and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for sales leadership and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery of reports.

  • Track and monitor key sales performance metrics such as sales revenue, units sold, conversion rates, pipeline analysis, and territory performance. Provide actionable insights based on analysis.

  • Create visualizations and data dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Salesforce or other analytics software to effectively communicate sales data and trends to stakeholders.

  • Assist in sales forecasting activities by providing data-driven inputs and analysis to support accurate sales projections and planning.

  • Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of reporting metrics and data consistency across the organization.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • 6+ years in sales reporting, business analysis, or a related analytical role within the automotive/OEM industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, interpretation, and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and familiarity with sales tools and databases.

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Expected Salary Range

    $75,000 to $118,000 per year.

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.


    Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
