This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. To diagnose, adjust, service, repair, inspect, or overhaul aircraft engines and assemblies, such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems and return to service UCM aircraft and public aircraft. Maintains shop and ground support equipment.
Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent, Formal training (specify) Other Education & Formal Training
Three years career Technical Training to include Certification in Airframe & Powerplant.
Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation Experience
Two (2) years general aviation aircraft mechanic apprentice as an aircraft mechanic. Private Pilot ratings preferred
Other Experience Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position: Criminal History check, Subject to random drug testing, Driver's license, Missouri license required Other Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements
Pre-employment drug screening, random drug testing throughout employment and mandatory post-accident drug testing required. FAA Air-frame and Power plant License required.

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
