Key Responsibilities:
Growing, leading, and managing the AI engineering team
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and
translate them into system requirements
Developing and implementing AI models for NLP, automated scoring, speech
recognition…
Overseeing project management including planning, coordinating, and
executing tasks effectively
Conducting research to identify new trends in AI and incorporate them into
our product development
Conducting regular health checks and system diagnostics to troubleshoot
and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Continually monitoring AI systems and implementing improvements for
efficiency, scalability, and stability.
Requirements :
General requirements
Proven experience in team leadership and management
Proven experience in project management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Technical & domain requirements
Strong tech-savvy skills, with a thorough understanding of how to apply
technology to solve practical business problems
Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with standard NLP tasks (such as language model, text
classification, etc.)
Ability to use and modify AI frameworks (fairseq, Huggingface, etc.)
Excellent research skills, able to identify and integrate new AI trends
into our operations
Proficiency in the latest LLM models (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, etc.) and
open-source ones (Alpaca, LLaMA, etc.)
Good English proficiency: Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent
Prompt engineering skills are preferred
Experience in MLops (Kubeflow, BentoML, etc.) is preferred
Having degree(s) in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Software
Engineering, or related fields is preferred
Benefits:
2,000 – 3,000$/month. This can still be negotiable depending on profile of
candidate
