Description

Develop a deep understanding of the market, the customers' needs and pain points, and the competitive landscape.

This understanding should inform the product roadmap and strategy and help identify new growth and differentiation opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver on product initiatives and ensure that they are delivered on time and with high quality; this may involve coordinating with teams to scope out and specify features, conducting user research to validate assumptions and gather feedback, and ensuring that product launches are effectively communicated and promoted.

Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap and release plan. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize critical initiatives and establishing a clear release plan that outlines when each feature or capability will be delivered.

Measure and analyse product performance to inform continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

This may involve conducting A/B testing, gathering customer feedback, and analysing usage data to inform product decisions.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and customers, to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively.

This may involve presenting product updates and demos to stakeholders and gathering feedback and input to inform product decisions.

Manage and mentor a team of product managers. This may involve providing feedback and coaching and helping to develop the team's product management skills.

Requirements

CSPO certification or any product management certification or PMBOK PMP certification

Project Management experience with CSM and product management, startup exposure, and working with the stakeholders directly as a product manager.

Project Management and Agile Expertise: Extensive experience in Agile project management, team leadership, and product roadmap management for on-time, high-quality delivery skills and experience.

Video Game Market Knowledge and Customer Understanding: Deep understanding of the video game industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competition for informed product strategy.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and customer feedback utilization for product performance improvement.
