  • About You This role is integral to the support and development of RMIT's international partnerships across the partnership lifecycle. You will collaborate across the wider international team and enable high-quality partnership operations management and governance services to support international education delivery activities.

    Your role will be to give advice about Australian and international rules and regulations. You'll also help with meeting education compliance requirements in different countries. This includes managing program approvals, accreditations, audits, new and recurring regulatory submissions.

    To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of education systems, markets and environments that are relevant to RMIT's offshore partnership activities.

  • Experience in partnership operations or project management, preferably within an international setting.

  • Experience in compliance and risk management, ideally in an international setting and an understanding of the regulatory issues and risks relating to international business operations, with the ability to source relevant information and distil complex regulations into simple, plain English for management use.

  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders with a sensitivity to cultural differences.

  • Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.

    About the Portfolio

    The International and Engagement group is led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor International and Engagement and Vice-President. The portfolio is responsible for RMIT's international strategy and agenda, including international development and partnerships and oversight of our international operations including RMIT Vietnam and RMIT Europe.
