DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF CIVIL AND TRANSPORT ENGINEERING

OF THE POZNAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY

announces recruitment

for the position of a RESEARCH AND TEACHING ASSISTANT – full time

in the field of engineering and technical sciences

in the discipline of: civil and transport engineering

at the Institute of Civil Engineering, Division of Bridges and Railway Engineering

under an employment contract for a period of 1 year

Basic employment conditions for the candidates include:

a master's degree or higher,

good University performance (grades, extracurricular scientific activity, other extracurricular activities, publications, participation in scientific conferences),

teaching predisposition to perform as a lecturer,

fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing.

Special requirements include:

graduate degree in civil engineering with specialization in bridge (preferred) or: structural, road, railroad,

interest in scientific development in the field of bridge construction,

professional experience in bridge construction (optional),

knowledge of spoken and written English.

qualifications sheet ( appendix 1 to the PUT employment policy),

certified copies of graduation diplomas,

a primary workplace declaration ( appendix 2 to the PUT employment policy),

declaration in accordance with Art. 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science ( appendix 3 to the PUT employment policy),

a statement outlining the field and discipline in which the candidate will conduct scientific activity ( appendix 7 to the PUT employment policy),

a declaration of consent to be included as an employee conducting research activity/research fellow ( appendix 8 to the PUT employment policy),

statement on the percentage of work time dedicated to scientific and research activity in the discipline/disciplines assigned ( appendix 9 to the PUT employment policy).

Optional documents:

certificates of previous employment (copies),

certificate/confirmation of completion of a teacher training (copies).

Deadline for submitting applications: 31.01.2024 r.

The final decision date - no longer than 4 months from the recruitment closing date.

In the event that none of the candidates receives a positive evaluation from the selection board or in the absence of candidates, the Dean will annul the recruitment. The side announcing the job position may cancel or close the recruitment process without giving any reason.
